1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Clarity Wedding Hub, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional bridal makeup, hair styling, and beauty consultations for wedding events.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. All payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Service Delivery

We commit to providing professional beauty services as discussed during consultation. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 25 miles from our studio.

5. Liability

Clarity Wedding Hub is not liable for allergic reactions to products. We recommend a trial session for sensitive skin. We carry professional liability insurance for all services.

6. Photography Release

By using our services, you grant permission for before/after photos to be used for marketing purposes unless explicitly declined in writing.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
